  Very nice hotel with big, clean appartments. However the receptionist was very rude and unwelcoming. Even getting us the key to our safe seemed to be to much to ask.... Wouldn't go back, since there are hotels just down the road with much friendlier staff, at similar prices.

  2nd stay here. Tidy clean and quiet. Taxi rank 1 minute walk. Bike rack available nice to cycle up and down coast to Costa Teguise, Arrecife and the old town harbour in playa del Carmen. 90% cycle tracks.You can purchase 5 litre bottles of water from reception.

  A hidden gem, quiet at night but close to pub's ,restaurants, & the sea, very clean with friendly staff pool bar and small restaurant on site. Highly recommended.

  Bit of a boo hoo I'm afraid, but nothing to do with the actual complex however. Stayed here In February and had a nice time, attending happy hour most days. Last week, whilst staying elsewhere, we popped in for happy hour and the guy behind the bar tried to charge us more, even though he had left a menu outside with the price on it. Got the feeling he thought we were one off visitors and thus fair game to a little price hike. We didn't return - reckon this has cost the bar at least 150 euros. Naughty man
